Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place. The storage period is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
It should not be used in dense and non-ventilated places, not suitable for continuous water immersion, and can not be used as the structural sealant. When the material surface is lower than 4 °C or exceeds 50 °C, it is not suitable for application.
The substrate surface should be dry clean and free from rust, dust and oil, etc.; the cleaning solvents that can be used include isopropyl alcohol and acetone; the majority of the substrate is perfectly bonded except PTFE, polypropylene, polyethylene and similar materials.
The sealant is squeezed onto the cleaned surface with a sealant gun to make it evenly distributed; if the potting position is deep, the time for complete curing will be prolonged; if the temperature is lower, the curing time will be prolonged.
In order to achieve the best bonding effect, it is recommended to apply the special primer from Guibao Company; the surface of the substrate is treated with a solvent, and the primer is dipped, painted or sprayed on the surface of the substrate to form a film; the silicone sealant is
applied to the surface of the substrate; the special application is carried out in three steps of drying, humidification and high temperature drying to ensure the stability of silicone sealant curing.
