Seal Epoxy Primer Chimney Anti Corrosion Coating
Guibao 102 seal primer is the heat-resistant epoxy anti-corrosive primer. As sealing agent for the bonded surface, it has many functions of increasing bonding strength, blocking moisture and resisting acid corrosion.
The seal primer consists of three parts: A, B and C. Part A is the base, Part B is the curing agent, and Part C is the special diluent.
Excellent heat resistance for long-term use below 180 °C after curing;
Excellent adhesion and compatibility for good bonding with most substrates, such as concrete, acid-resistant brick, steel substrate, as well as Guibao elastic anti-corrosion material, so that the bonding strength between the substrate and the elastic anti-corrosion material could be greatly improved;
Good sealing effect on the substrate to prevent the adhesion of the anti-corrosion material due to alkali efflorescence and substrate moisture, so as to ensure the stability and reliability of the entire anti-corrosion system;
Excellent corrosion resistance for long-lasting use in the wet flue gas environment of power plant desulfurization chimney;
Usage of site and time not limited by the environment, and the coating can be cured at normal temperature and high temperature.

Theoretical coating area: refers to the primer consumption without considering the impact of coating environment, coating method, coating technique, surface condition, structure, shape and surface area during the actual construction.
Before application, the surface of the substrate should be polished, dedusted and cleaned to avoid affecting the bonding;
Thoroughly stir Part A until there is no sediment at the bottom of the pail, and then add Part B &C (special diluent) according to the manufacturer's recommended ratio for full mixing;
Use it after about 15 minutes of curing.
Part A is iron red, and Part B is colorless transparent liquid; after mixing, it is iron red liquid.

Store in a cool, ventilated and dry place . From the date of production, the storage period is 12 months in the unopened &sealed container.

Not suitable for frosted or wet substrate surfaces;
When the substrate temperature is lower than 5 °C and the relative humidity is higher than 85%, it is not suitable for application;
Part A & B should be thoroughly mixed to avoid unevenness and affect the performance of primer;
Part A&B should be stored separately, and prepared when using; after preparation, it should be used within the applicable period, otherwise it will lead to aggregation and deterioration;
After the coating is completed, it must be self-cured for 7 days before putting into service. If the ambient temperature is lower than 10 °C, the curing time should be extended appropriately;
Protective measures should be taken before the coating is cured to avoid the scouring of rainwater and other liquids or the stepping of people.
Spark and open flame is forbidden at the application site. Workers are forbidden to carry fire and other items that are prone to spark or static electricity, do not wear spikes, high heels, chemical fiber overalls, and use explosion-proof electrical appliances and switch box lighting.
The application site should be well ventilated, and workers should wear labor protection products to prevent skin infection or discomfort caused by prolonged exposure to paint or solvent;
If inadvertently in contact with skin, wash with suitable detergent or soap. In case of eyes contact, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical advice immediately. If the workers feel uncomfortable, they shall be immediately transferred to the fresh air place, and timely seek medical treatment if necessary.
