Elastomer Industrial Silicone Sealant / Anti Corrosion Silicone Sealant
Guibao 1077 elastomer anti-corrosion material is an acid and alkali resistant and high temperature resistant elastomer anticorrosive material specially developed for the lining anticorrosion of thermal power plant chimney, sewage treatment tank, chemical treatment tank, etc. The product has passed the appraisal of China Electricity Council (CEC) and is rated as a product technology innovation, with independent intellectual property rights, reaching the international advanced level, in which corrosion resistance has reached the international leading level. It can be used as the lining base protection layer and widely used in the lining anti-corrosion engineering for coal-fired chimney, sewage treatment plant, chemical plant, power plant, etc.
Product Features
Two parts, room temperature curing;
Excellent elasticity for adapting to the thermal expansion and contraction stress of various substrates after curing without cracking and falling off;
Excellent corrosion resistance for withstanding the corrosion damage of various strong acid and alkali at higher temperature;
Good permeability and wear resistance for resisting the scouring and permeability of fluid, such as flue gas dust and high flow rate gas;
Good resistance to high and low temperature for long-term use below 100 °C and short time service at 120~150 °C after curing;
Good adhesion to concrete, acid-resistant brick, steel base, FRP, ceramic, etc., with wide application range;
No harmful gas volatilization, no harm to the human body, and no pollution to the environment.

Notes:
The mixed acid ratio (mass fraction) is 9.5% sulfuric acid, 0.5% nitric acid, 0.1% hydrochloric acid, and 0.01% hydrofluoric acid.
Application Method
Before application, the surface of the substrate should be polished and cleaned to avoid affecting the bonding;
Add Part B into Part A according to the manufacturer's recommended ratio after its uniformly stirring;
Mix Part A&B uniformly and then evenly spread on the substrate with a tool.
Color
Part A is black, Part B is yellow, and the mixture is black.
