Color

Guibao 662 component A is white, component B is black, and it is black or grey after mixing.

Packaging Information

Guibao 662 component A is supplied in metal drum(net 240kg), or in plastic pail (net 25kg).

Guibao 662 component B is packed in plastic pail(net 18kg), or in cartridge(net 300ml).

Storage and Shelf Life

This product should be stored in cool and dry places. Its shelf life is 9 months from the date of manufacture.

 How to Use

Surface Treatment

Keep the surface of substrates dry and clean, without any rust, dust or greasy dirt.

Cleaning solvents include alcohol,acetone ,etc.

Adhesion

Excellent adhesion to most substrates except PTFE, PE,PMMA etc.

Extrude sealant with a sealant gun on cleaned surface appropriately and evenly.

If the temperature is low, curing time will be extended.

Plasma Treatment

For low surface energy material(PP), plasma treatment is required.

Limitations

When the surface temperature of substrates is below 4℃ or above 50℃, it is not suitable for sealant application .

Not suitable for confined spaces or on surfaces that are continuously immersed in water, should not be used as structural glazing sealant.

Not suitable for lamps sprayed with anti-fog coating.

Guibao recommends that adhesion test be carried out prior to sealant application.
