Two Component Automotive Silicone Sealant for Lamps with Anti-Fog Coating
Product Feature
Two component,neutral and fast curing silicone sealant.
Flexible elastomer after curing.
Stable performance over temperature from -55℃ to +180℃.
Excellent adhesion to many substrates, such as metal, plastic, ceramic, glass.
Convenient operation, suitable for assembly line manufacturing.
Recommended mixing ratio is 12:1(by weight)

Color
Guibao 1062 Component A is white, component B is black, and it is black after mixing.
Packaging Information
Guibao 1062 component A is packed in metal drum ( net 240kg), or in plastic pail (net 25kg).
Guibao 1062 component B is packed in plastic pail (net 18kg), or in cartridge (net 300ml).
This product should be stored in cool and dry places. Its shelf life is 9 months from the date of manufacture.
How to Use
Surface Treatment
Keep the surface of substrates dry and clean, without any rust, dust or greasy dirt.
Cleaning solvents include alcohol, acetone etc.
Adhesion
Excellent adhesion to most substrates except PTFE, PE, PMMA etc.
Extrude sealant with a sealant gun on cleaned surface appropriately and evenly.
If the temperature is low, curing time will be extended.
Plasma Treatment
For low surface energy material(PP), plasma treatment is required.
Limitations
When the surface temperature of substrates is below 4℃ or above 50℃, it is not suitable for sealant application.
Not suitable for confined spaces, or on surfaces that are continuously immersed in water places, should not be used as structural glazing sealant.
Guibao recommends that adhesion test be carried out before sealant application.
