1. Schemes Comparison: recommend the most suitable products according to the type and design requirements of the curtain wall projects.
2. Print Review: assist customers to confirm the size and type of silicone structural glazing sealant, the size and the joint design of the weatherproofing sealant.
3. Amount Calculation: estimate the amount of silicone sealant (silicone structural glazing sealant, weatherproofing sealant and insulating glass sealant) according to the relevant information provided by the customers.
4. Adhesion Test: determine the proper cleaning solvent by the adhesion test, check whether the primer is needed, and finally determine the adhesive ability of the silicone sealant with substrates.
5. Compatibility Test: determine whether the accessory material would cause discoloration of sealant or not and whether it would affect the adhesion to the substrates or not. So as to choose the proper accessory material which would have good compatibility with the substrates.
6. Non-Staining Test: choose the sealant that will not pollute the stone material, make sure there is good suitability between the sealant and the stone applications.

Job site Guidance

1. Technical communication: communication with customers on site, including the application of the related products, the analysis of common problems and how to avoid such problems in the application, methods and recommendations on the use of the products, standard application procedure training etc.

2. Deglazing: Take related construction process inspections, adhesion test and deglazing at the site. Check whether the sealant is used properly to meet the design requirements, whether there is improper application procedure, etc.

3. Regularly verify the quantity of the project and coordinate the delivery progress to ensure that the Guibao sealant have not be replaced by the fake and inferior products.
